Publication Criteria

The journal prioritizes community service articles that demonstrate a clear understanding of community needs, appropriate and well-described implementation methods, active community participation, measurable outputs or outcomes, and practical benefits for the target communities. Manuscripts should explain the relevance of the intervention, the role of community partners, the results achieved, the challenges encountered, and the potential for replication or sustainability.

Articles may report community service based on the application of research findings, technology transfer, training, mentoring, participatory action, community-based innovation, or collaborative development initiatives. The use of appropriate data, evaluation instruments, and evidence of program outcomes is encouraged to strengthen the quality and accountability of the reported activities.

All submitted manuscripts must demonstrate a clear and substantive connection to community service, community engagement, or community empowerment. Manuscripts should go beyond describing routine activities and provide a meaningful account of the intervention, its implementation, and its contribution to addressing community needs.

Studies that focus exclusively on theoretical discussions, laboratory research, or academic research without a clearly described community service intervention and identifiable benefits for the target community may be considered outside the journal's scope.
